Coroners & Justice Bill

PRT has produced a briefing for MPs ahead of the second reading of the Coroners and Justice Bill which can be downloaded below.

The briefing discusses the main issues covered by the bill, and makes several recommendations.  PRT also highlights areas that aren't at present covered by the bill, which could possibly be added at a later date. 

It is anticipated that the bill will complete its passage through parliament in autumn 2009.
