You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

TRADING
Prison Reform Trust (Registered Company No. 2906362) is a charitable company limited by guarantee (Registered Charity No. 1035525) and trades only to raise funds for its charitable objective.
PURCHASING
When you submit your order you are allowing the Prison Reform Trust to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
All prices on this website will remain unchanged until …….., with the exception of any unexpected price or VAT changes.
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening a full refund may be sent.
DELIVERY
From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within five working days, however please allow another two working days before querying a non-delivery.
Deliveries to international destinations may take up to 21 days for delivery.
We use the Post Office for delivery and you should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
A post and packaging charge is payable on all orders placed on this website. The actual charge is indicated in the item cost.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
The Prison Reform Trust supply goods, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund. Please telephone our office on +44 (0)20 7251 5070 and advise our staff. Please provide details of the reasons for returning the faulty goods in writing.

Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.
You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
