PRISON RULES: A Working Guide (The Millenium Edition)

This book is a comprehensive guide to the rules and regulations by which our prisons are run. Each prison rule is cited in full with the relevant Prison Service orders and Prison Service instructions.
The book quotes extensively from the case-law on prisoners' rights and entitlements. It also draws upon reports from HM Chief Inspector of Prisons and successive official reports and inquiries.
